BELOW ARE ARTHUR PERFUMES TERMS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE
- We only except returns in unopened original packaging with cellophane wrap intact
And has not been tampered with or used in any manner or damaged or defective upon.
Returning merchandise to Arthur Perfumes.
- Products must be returned with 21 days of delivery accompanied with original receipt
And using a mailing method that allows for shipment tracking.
- Customer shall contact Arthur perfumes through website, for approval of return prior to
shipping return in order to obtain Company approval.
- Customer should inspect product for damage upon receiving delivered items. If you
notice damage or believe the item is defective, Customer shall contact Company within
48 hours of receiving damaged or defective goods to report and make a claim. Upon
receiving the item, Company will make the determination, in its reasonable discretion,
whether item was damaged or defective upon Customer receiving item delivery.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used when making purchase.
- Shipping charges are not refundable, however replacement product will shipped back
